Delivery Information

Applies to all scooter and powerchair orders going to mainland UK.

For all other orders, an additional delivery charge will be added. See delivery zones below for Scottish Highlands and International shipping. This applies to orders up to 30 kg in weight, please contact us for bulk orders. As long as the goods are in stock you should expect them within 1-2 days. If they are out of stock you will get an email informing you that the items have been placed on back order.

Next day deliveries get priority over standard or free deliveries and if you don't get your delivery next day, your delivery charge will be refunded. If we are out of stock of any items we will try to get them sent directly from the manufacturer whenever possible.

Courier

We use both Palletways, Royal Mail & DPD for the majority of our deliveries. If you leave your mobile number you will get a text to confirm the delivery date the day before the delivery and on the day of the delivery, you will get a text that issues you with a 1 hour delivery slot.

If you're not available you can arrange a different date with the courier or arrange to collect from your nearest depot. 

Cut Off & Delivery Times

If your order is placed before 1PM Monday to Friday it will leave on the same day. As long as the full order is in stock, we have live stock on our website which allows you to check stock as you're ordering. If we are out of stock of any items you will receive notification by email. If the items are delayed by longer than a week then we will notify you of this.

Next day delivery is classed as next working day and doesn't include Saturday or Sundays.
